One AI Answer Visibility Audit for one website or product, covering up to ten buying questions you supply or approve. The deliverable is a PDF report and a spreadsheet of the underlying runs and citations. The audit is a research product; it does not include outreach, content, or changes to your site.
At checkout we ask for your website, your product category, and your buying questions. If you leave the questions blank, we propose ten within one business day and wait for your written yes before running. The five-day clock starts when we have approved questions.
The audit is delivered by email from hello@calvinsonit.org within five business days of approved intake. If we expect to miss that, we tell you before the deadline, not after. There is no call included and none required.
Every audit is read in full by the founder before it is sent. Claims in the report trace to pages you can open. Anything we could not verify is labeled unknown.
If the delivered audit does not identify at least one specific page you could act on to improve your presence in AI answers, you may request a full refund within fourteen days of delivery by replying to the delivery email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of the request. You keep the file. We may ask one question about why, and we won't argue with the answer.
Refunds are also issued in full if we fail to deliver within five business days of approved intake and you would rather not wait, or if we decline the engagement for any reason after payment.
We do not promise that any engine will name you after you act on the audit. Answer engines change, and the pages they cite are controlled by other people. We promise an accurate picture of who is cited today and the most reachable first fix.
We use your website, category and questions only to run your audit. We do not sell or share them. With your written permission, an anonymized version of your audit may be used as a sample; without it, nothing about your audit is published.
Payment is processed by Stripe. CalvinsonIT does not see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
